I imagine they were like two very young children, who had not yet experienced the hormonal effects that puberty brings at this point. It is interesting to note that today we humans are in need of clothing of some sort to keep us warm, or to protect us from the outside elements, unlike the animals, yet here Adam and his wife have no need for such. The temperature must have been perfect,  and the trees and plants must not have had thorns nor any harsh agents such as poison ivy does, which could damage Adam's naked skin. Also there were no blood sucking insects such as gnats or black flies to deal with. Wow! I want to be there.
